Sailing is a great way to have a teambuilding event, whether its just for a fun day out, an add on to your company conference or employee reward day. All set in a healthy outdoor enviroment.
The day would involve learning how to sail, including helming, tacking/gybing, sail handling & navigation. Realising the importance of your team working together and comunication, with loads of laughs! The day can be tailored to your requirements, exhilarating, fast pace or more relaxing treasure hunt, taking in the beautiful sights of the Solent.
These days bring out the best in people, camaraderie, great communication and leadership. Its great to see people come out of their shells and they go away with lots of memories. Guest come off the boat feeling elated and motivated.
The crew on board are a vital part of your enjoyment for the day which is why we run them, you have the benefit of sailing instructors onboard with a back ground in personality profiling and the hospitality industry - we know how to have fun!
Lunch can be had on board or at one of many restaurants we have available to us down here in the Solent, including the Isle of Wight.
